The first session was photographed when Sasha was pregnant with her third child. After having two sons, she was expecting her daughter and chose to document this moment in a very personal way. The shoot took place in a small garden in Badalona, near Barcelona.
Sasha is a fashion designer, and for this session she created a raspberry-colored satin dress herself. The idea was to show how the same design can work beautifully on different bodies, including a pregnant one. The dress was styled in a classic, slightly vintage way, surrounded by greenery and architectural details.
The second session returned to the same location years later. This time, Sasha was photographed together with her daughter, Angelina. For this shoot, Sasha created a matching mini version of the same dress for her daughter, turning the session into a mother-and-daughter story. The atmosphere was lighter and more playful, shaped by movement, curiosity and interaction.
Together, these two sessions form a before-and-after narrative — pregnancy and motherhood, connected through time, place and a single design that evolved along with the family.
